1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using ClaudeBoyz skills packages ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Product Description

ClaudeBoyz provides downloadable instructional files ("skills", "agents", and "commands") for use with Claude Code CLI. These files provide guidance and patterns for building software applications. ClaudeBoyz does not provide code, software, or applications—only instructional content that guides AI assistants.

What You're Purchasing:

• Instructional markdown files that describe workflows and best practices
• Guidance on which AI model to use for specific tasks (you decide when to switch)
• Reference documentation and patterns—not pre-built software
• The AI generates code based on these instructions; we do not provide the code directly

Note: The quality and accuracy of generated code depends on the AI model, your prompts, and your specific requirements. Results may vary.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the skills for unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify the skills for your own use
• Use code generated with the help of these skills in any project

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the skill files with others
• Include the skill files in products sold to third parties
• Claim ownership of the original skill files

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, due to the digital nature of the Product, refunds are not available.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We expressly disclaim and do not warrant that:

• The skills will meet your specific requirements or business needs
• The skills will work with all versions of Claude Code, Anthropic APIs, or future AI tools
• Any code generated by AI using these skills will be error-free, secure, or fit for production
• The skills will produce identical, consistent, or predictable results
• The guidance provided is complete, accurate, or up-to-date
• Third-party integrations (Stripe, Supabase, etc.) will function as described

AI-Generated Code Warning: All code produced using these skills is generated by AI (Claude) and may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or bugs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deployment.

AI Behavior Disclaimer: AI models (including Claude) may produce inconsistent, incorrect, or unexpected outputs. The same prompt may produce different results. We have no control over Anthropic's models or their behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAUDEBOYZ AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Loss of data or data breaches
• Security incidents or unauthorized access
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute products or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Third-Party Services

The skills integrate with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Web SaaS: Stripe, LemonSqueezy, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, GitHub
• Mobile (React Native): Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, FCM), RevenueCat, Expo, Claude API, ElevenLabs, Mixpanel
• iOS (Swift): Apple App Store, StoreKit, CloudKit

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of third-party services.

8B. In-App Purchase Terms

Our mobile skills include guidance for implementing in-app purchases via RevenueCat and StoreKit. You acknowledge that:

• Apple and Google take commissions (typically 15-30%) on in-app purchases
• You must comply with App Store and Google Play in-app purchase policies
• RevenueCat has its own terms of service and pricing
• Purchase restoration, refund handling, and subscription management are your responsibility
• We do not guarantee any specific revenue or conversion rates
• Tax compliance for in-app purchases is your responsibility

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClaudeBoyz, SaturoLabs, and their creators, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Product and any code generated therefrom
• Applications, software, or services you build or deploy
• Security breaches, data loss, or unauthorized access to your systems
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claims by your users, customers, or third parties related to your applications

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Product after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Product.

11. No Professional Advice

The Product does not constitute legal, security, financial, or professional advice. For matters involving security, compliance (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, etc.), or legal requirements, you should consult qualified professionals. We are not responsible for your compliance with any laws or regulations.

12. Anthropic and Third-Party Terms

Your use of Claude Code and Claude AI is governed by Anthropic's terms of service and acceptable use policies. ClaudeBoyz is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. You must comply with Anthropic's terms when using our skills with their services.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at hello@claudeboyz.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the Danish Institute of Arbitration (Voldgiftsinstituttet) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Copenhagen, Denmark, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND CLAUDEBOYZ AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and ClaudeBoyz agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

13.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information. For EU consumers: Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. Intellectual Property & DMCA

14.1 Ownership

ClaudeBoyz, SaturoLabs, and all associated logos, skill names, and content are trademarks and intellectual property of SaturoLabs. The skill files, documentation, and instructional content are protected by copyright. Your license grants usage rights only—not ownership.

14.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all code, applications, and content you create using the skills. We make no claim to any output generated by AI while using our instructional content.

14.3 DMCA / Copyright Claims

If you believe any content infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@claudeboyz.com including: (i) identification of the copyrighted work, (ii) identification of the allegedly infringing content, (iii) your contact information, (iv) a statement of good faith belief, and (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, changes to third-party services (Anthropic, Claude, etc.), internet disruptions, or cyber attacks. During such events, affected obligations are suspended. If the event continues for more than 90 days, either party may terminate these Terms.

16. No Guarantee of Results

IMPORTANT: ClaudeBoyz is instructional content. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Your ability to generate revenue, launch products, or achieve business success
• The accuracy, completeness, or functionality of AI-generated code
• Compatibility with future versions of Claude Code, Anthropic APIs, or third-party services
• Time to complete projects or achieve specific outcomes
• App Store or Google Play approval for mobile applications

Results depend on your skills, effort, market conditions, and factors beyond our control. Past performance of other users does not guarantee your results.

17. Product Updates & Compatibility

We may update the skills from time to time. However:

• We do not guarantee updates for compatibility with new Claude Code versions
• Third-party services may change their APIs, pricing, or terms at any time
• Skills may become outdated as AI technology evolves
• You are responsible for adapting skills to your specific needs and current technology
• No refunds are provided due to third-party changes or technology evolution

18. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Product and any associated services if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You redistribute or resell the skill files
• You engage in fraudulent activity (chargebacks, multiple refund abuse)
• You use the Product for illegal purposes
• You attempt to circumvent license restrictions

Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must delete all skill files. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ClaudeBoyz regarding the use of the Product, superseding any prior agreements.
