1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using ClaudeBoyz skills packages ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Product Description

ClaudeBoyz provides downloadable Claude Code skill files that extend Claude's capabilities for building software applications. These skills are instructional files that guide AI assistants through implementation workflows.

Example Usage:

• Open Claude Code CLI and describe your project: "I want to build a landing page for my fitness app"
• Claude will use the installed skills to guide you through setup, design, and deployment
• Use specific skill triggers like "Set up Stripe payments" or "Create the hero section"
• Skills provide step-by-step workflows, not just code snippets

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the skills for unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify the skills for your own use
• Use code generated with the help of these skills in any project

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the skill files with others
• Include the skill files in products sold to third parties
• Claim ownership of the original skill files

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, due to the digital nature of the Product, refunds are not available.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The skills will meet your specific requirements
• The skills will work with all versions of Claude Code or future AI tools
• The generated code will be error-free or secure
• The skills will produce identical results in all environments

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAUDEBOYZ AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Loss of data or data breaches
• Security incidents or unauthorized access
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute products or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Third-Party Services

The skills integrate with third-party services including but not limited to Stripe, LemonSqueezy, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, and GitHub. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of third-party services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClaudeBoyz and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Product, including but not limited to claims arising from applications you build, security incidents, or violations of third-party rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
